For hotel accommodations please visit the ADA Member Chicago Hotel Program. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations once you send in your registration form, to help ensure availability during the program dates. In the event the program is postponed you would be notified in advance, providing you adequate time to cancel your hotel reservations.

Airline Travel Arrangements
When making your airline reservations, use ADA's official travel agency or the ADA's official air carrier and receive the following discounts:
United Airlines
United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for the American Dental Association. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) United’s Special Meeting Desk at 800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 523RH to receive a 2–10 percent discount off applicable fares, including First Class. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5 percent discount. This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED and United code share flights operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. There are no fees for meeting attendees that call and confirm with the Special Meeting Desk at 800-521-4041.
Online
Purchase your ticket online at
www.united.com  and receive a 5 percent discount off the lowest applicable fares. After you link to www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates, and your promotion code 523RH. Available flights will then be displayed. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol, which means the itinerary is ‘electronic certificate eligible’. When you select an electronic eligible flight, United will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare. This special offer applies to flights to or from the U.S. only. There are no fees for booking online. Note the code 523RH is case sensitive and the characters need to be capitalized.
